These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of pepcalculators.com and any calculators, content, and features made available on it (together, the “Site”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site does

PepCalculators provides free calculators that perform arithmetic on values you enter, such as the mass of material in a vial, a volume of diluent, a target amount, and a syringe size, and display results such as a concentration, a volume, and an equivalent reading on a U-100 syringe scale. The Site performs these calculations in your browser. It is intended for informational, educational, and laboratory research purposes.

The calculators are free. After limited use, we ask for your email address to continue using them. How we handle that address is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Not medical advice

The Site does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, clinical, veterinary, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to administer, inject, or consume any substance. Results are mathematical outputs of the inputs you provide; they are not dosing guidance and do not account for any individual’s health, any product’s actual contents or purity, or any law that applies to you.

Preset values that appear on the Site, including example vial sizes, volumes, amounts, and blend names or compositions, are provided only to make data entry faster. They are not recommendations, do not describe any particular product, and do not imply that any product is safe, lawful, or suitable for any use. Product and compound names belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not mean that we are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorse any manufacturer or seller.

Always consult a qualified professional before making any decision about your health. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Your responsibility for inputs and results

You are solely responsible for the values you enter, for confirming that they match the labels, certificates of analysis, and equipment you are actually using, and for independently verifying every result before relying on it. Results are rounded for display, syringe markings vary by manufacturer, and small input errors (for example, confusing milligrams and micrograms) can produce large errors in results. The Site may warn you about some conditions, such as a volume that exceeds the selected syringe, but it cannot detect every mistake.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Site. The Site is not directed to children.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, including through excessive automated requests, scraping that burdens the Site, or attempts to bypass security measures;
• copy, frame, or redistribute the Site or its content in a way that suggests it is your own or that we endorse you or your products;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems; or
• use the Site to create, promote, or support any unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its design, text, graphics, code, and the PepCalculators name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal or internal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site or any result will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepCalculators and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, illness, loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, any result, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PepCalculators and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your reliance on any result, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@pepcalculators.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections 2, 3, and 6 through 14 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
