About
How the Klow blend math works
Klow is the common name for a blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. KPV is a tripeptide (lysine-proline-valine) taken from the end of alpha-MSH.
A blend is calculated from the total milligrams in the vial: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg adds up to 80 mg. Dividing by the water gives the concentration of the whole mix, which converts any draw into U-100 syringe units.
Each peptide's amount in a draw is the draw multiplied by that peptide's share of the vial. The calculator shows this split in a table under the result.
Questions
Klow calculator FAQ
How many units is 2 mg of Klow?
For a 80 mg Klow vial mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water, the total concentration is 40 mg/ml, so a 2 mg draw is 5 units on a U-100 syringe.
How much of each peptide is in a Klow draw?
Each peptide's share of a draw equals its share of the vial. In a 80 mg lot (GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg), a 2 mg draw contains 1.25 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500, 250 mcg KPV.
What is in a Klow blend?
Klow is the common name for a blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. KPV is a tripeptide (lysine-proline-valine) taken from the end of alpha-MSH. A common lot is GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg, 80 mg in total. If your vial or certificate of analysis lists different amounts, type them into the calculator.
